Who am I?

I'm a young guy who was once in the same position of poor health and low energy as many others.

I've spent my early 20's chronically exhausted and always thought that's a part of not being a teen anymore. As you get older you decline, right?

Then I had a work injury, caused mostly by my inability to properly function during the day.

"No way this is how a 23-year-old is supposed to feel." - I thought.

So I started looking for a solution.

After months of serious education, experimentation and improvement I've finally reached a stage where exhaustion, brain-fog, and tiredness are a thing of the past, and my energy levels are always high and stable.

Now I'm helping others do it as well and see there is a better side to life.
